Unit Operations Manager

At Newrest, we're looking for a skilled Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and meeting our commitments to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality level of services offered to customers and meet Newrest's commitments
- Optimize financial targets and implement the Group strategy for sales growth
- Manage the unit's continuous improvement process and identify non-value-added activities
- Ensure quality relations with authorities, service providers, and internal/external contacts
- Optimize personnel management and maintain productivity indicators
- Maintain a good social climate and compliance with agreements and regulations
- Ensure the good image of the company and application of Group procedures and standards
Requirements:
- Operational profile with at least 5 years' experience, preferably in in-flight catering
- Proven skills in operational management, cost management, QHSE, and Basic HR
- Commercial awareness, charisma, and leadership skills in managing local teams
- Hands-on personality, fluent English, and sufficient German
- Very good IT skills
