Arendt Investor Services ist ein Unternehmen, das zu Arendt & Medernach gehört, der größten Anwaltskanzlei in Luxemburg. Arendt Services wird von der luxemburgischen Finanzaufsichtsbehörde (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) beaufsichtigt und hat den Status eines "Professional of Financial Sector" ("PSF").

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Officer - Buchhaltung, der unsere Buchhaltungsabteilung unterstützen wird.

Aufgaben
  • Tägliche Buchhaltung und Bankenabstimmungen
  • Erstellung von monatlichen und/oder vierteljährlichen Finanzberichten (Zwischenabschlüsse, BCL-Berichte, MwSt.-Erklärungen, usw.)
  • Erstellung von eCDF-Berichten und Jahresabschlüssen nach LuxGAAP und/oder IFRS
  • Vorbereitung von Zahlungsaufträgen und deren Überwachung
  • Überprüfung von Aufgaben der Juniorbuchhalter
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen der Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Verschiedene administrative Aufgaben innerhalb der Kundenportfolios
Qualifikationen
  • Rechnungswesen-Abschluss (BTS, Bachelor oder Graduate/Master)
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (Buchhaltung oder Audit)
  • Gute Kenntnisse und ein gutes Verständnis der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und -grundsätze
  • Arbeitserfahrung in LuxGAAP (IFRS und/oder Konsolidierungserfahrung wäre von Vorteil)
  • Fließend Deutsch und ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
  • Gut organisiert, gewissenhaft und in der Lage, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Aufgaben zu bewältigen
  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben an jüngere Buchhalter zu delegieren und zu überprüfen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Excel
