Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits within the Group and supporting the Head of Corporate Audit with your independent and objective auditing and consulting services.
  • You will analyze and assess weaknesses and their risks, developing suitable and practical measures to mitigate them.
  • In coordination with specialist audit and project managers, you will examine business processes and procedures to ensure compliance, security, efficiency, and expediency.
  • You will lead final meetings to coordinate audit results and agreed measures with the audited areas.
  • You will prepare audit reports independently, in accordance with internal auditing standards, and follow up on agreed measures.
  • You will advise and support corporate and specialist departments in redesigning/updating processes, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
  • You will propose creative solutions to improve processes and work content, incorporating best practice approaches.

Your profile:

  • A degree in economics or a related field, combined with a professional qualification (e.g. CIA), is highly desirable.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in auditing or related areas, preferably in an international environment.
  • You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure, with a willingness to travel in Germany and abroad (approx. 30%).
  • You possess analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset, to quickly grasp complex issues.
  • You are confident in your manner, persuasive, and assertive, with diplomatic skills and independence, as well as sound judgment and communication skills.
  • You are proficient in MS-Office, have basic knowledge of SAP/R3, and accounting in accordance with HGB/IAS/IFRS, as well as experience with relevant auditing software.
  • Business fluency in English and German, with basic knowledge of another foreign language (preferably French or Spanish), is highly desirable.
