As a Service Level Engineer at OSB AG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Service Level Manager in achieving the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to produce KPI reports
  • Support Service Level Reviews and chair KPI Review Boards
  • Review KPI violations and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze changes to the KPI regime and perform financial simulations
  • Provide suggestions for improving KPI definitions
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Commercial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronics)
  • Experience in similar activities, preferably in Space or Defence programs or highly security-sensitive commercial sectors
  • Knowledge of Galileo-specific accreditation processes and methodology is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of service level management methodologies (KPI, metrics, calculation of liquidated damages)
  • In-depth knowledge of system and service monitoring methodologies
