Business Expert S/4HANA Master Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert S/4HANA Master Data Management to join our team at ZEISS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our global SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of end-to-end master data management processes and business requirements within an SAP environment.
- Design and implement effective master data management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes, data design, and testing strategies.
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and deliver training materials, supporting end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Master Data Management, with a strong understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in business requirements management, design of business processes, and data cleansing.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills, with the ability to build networks and work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
- Business fluent in English and an additional language.
