Global Support Manager

Job Description

As a Global Support Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and monitoring quality processes at various locations in Germany. Your focus will be on strategic process development and advising locations on individual requirements and setup. With a high level of travel activity (2-3 days per week), this position offers an exciting challenge for experienced quality managers who enjoy engaging on-site and working solution-oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Creation and maintenance of quality documentation
  • Reporting to support process optimization
  • Consultation and support of locations in implementing quality-relevant measures
  • Conducting employee training on quality standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in quality management, preferably in the logistics or forwarding industry
  • Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Valid driving license class B and high travel readiness
