Job Title: Global HR Project Manager

Join our team at STADA as a Global HR Project Manager and play a key role in driving our company's growth culture. As a member of our Global Culture & People team, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for leading Culture & People projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Culture & People projects, including the preparation of presentations, meeting coordination, and project coordination.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in all operational Culture & People activities, including defining and tracking follow-up activities.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Culture & People Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team.
  • Facilitate diverse activities within the managerial scope of the CPO, including the coordination of Culture & People Leadership activities and meetings.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English language.
  • Nimble mind with good business acumen and understanding of Culture & People / Organizational Development Strategies.
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, and ability to challenge the status quo.
