Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join DSJ Global as a Procurement Excellence Manager - Tools, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of procurement tools and systems, with a strong focus on SAP/SAP S4Hana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of procurement tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of the system.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP S4Hana, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of procurement tools into the broader business landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize existing systems, driving continuous improvement across the procurement function.
  • Support the global procurement team by providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing system management.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and tools, ensuring the procurement function remains at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Work autonomously to deliver results, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Travel as necessary to various office locations across Germany or globally to support project needs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on tools and systems management.
  • Deep expertise in SAP, specifically SAP S4Hana, with a proven track record of successful implementation and management.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of various procurement tools and systems, with the ability to adapt and grow as the function matures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business requirements.
