Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join our Product & Engineering organization. As a trusted advisor and business partner to Product Management, you will play a critical role in helping us scale our product management function.
Key Responsibilities- Own the execution of key processes, including feature request management, product review meetings, and early customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and make decisions regarding product development, features, and direction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction in product launches.
- Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and challenges, and provide insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customer needs and challenges.
- Ability to tackle complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Proactive attitude, with a strong desire to drive tasks to completion and make a meaningful impact.
