Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategies effectively and ensure seamless processes in the specialty store to create a unique customer experience.
  • Support customers in maintaining their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships.
  • Utilize customer data for targeted marketing activities and phone calls.
  • Manage customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Completion of training as a Hörakustik-Geselle (m/w/d)
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for consulting and sales
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • Team player, committed to shared success
