We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Actief Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, storing, and shipping inventory in a timely and accurate manner
- Organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory management
- Performing cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
