About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Actief Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, storing, and shipping inventory in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Performing cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
