Key Responsibilities:

As a Hearing Specialist Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in Merseburg, providing exceptional service and support in sales and advisory roles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting hearing tests and offering personalized solutions to our customers
  • Implementing sales routines with excellence and ensuring a unique customer experience in our retail store
  • Providing ongoing support to our customers with hearing system maintenance, advising on accessories, and building long-term customer relationships
  • Utilizing customer data to make targeted phone calls and organizing local marketing initiatives (market days and health fairs)
  • As a data administrator, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • In the context of the retail store organization, you will assist with scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed apprenticeship as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and advisory work
  • Strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's success
  • Organizational skills and flexibility, with a high sense of responsibility
