Expert Project Subcontracting Specialist

At Exyte, we're seeking a skilled Subcontract Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by managing subcontractor performance, processing commercial claims, and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Process commercial claims and negotiate contract amendments
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and minimize risks associated with delays
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance subcontractor performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering
  • Proven experience in subcontract management, preferably in the biopharma or semiconductor industry
  • Strong commercial and technical expertise, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with a good command of German and English (B2 level)
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
