Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Office Management Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Office Management Support to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our office, you will provide administrative support to our clients and assist with daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization of meetings and events, including catering, preparing meeting rooms, and booking external venues.
- Greet guests, manage the reception desk, handle phone calls, and manage mail and parcels.
- Oversee the ordering of office supplies, including furniture, food items, and office tools.
- Manage access badges, visitor logs, and phone call handling.
- Assist with the daily maintenance and functionality of kitchen and office equipment.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly organized and self-driven individual with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in office management or administrative support is required.
