Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and pricing
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform category decisions
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate optimal deals and improve product quality
  • Monitor and report on category performance to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, retail, food science)
  • 2-5 years of experience in category management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English
