About the Role

As a former entrepreneur, founder's associate, or VC/PE professional, you understand the excitement and challenges of balancing growth and culture. As our Chief of Staff, you will play a vital role in driving our strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning teams with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Enablement and Mindset: Develop and implement growth strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and align teams with growth objectives.
  • Setting Strategic Initiatives and Roadmaps: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and prioritize strategic initiatives, develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, and monitor progress.
  • Scaling a Culture of Hands-On Work: Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicate the company vision, and promote a culture of hands-on work.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify untapped potentials in our business, drive operational excellence, and ensure all team members are engaged and focused on achieving great goals.
Your Profile
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment and independent role.
  • Strong background in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and enabling growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work culture, handle stress, and stay focused.
  • C1 Level in German and English.
