Key Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff to the CPO, you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Division's strategic goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the CPO to identify and prioritize critical projects
  • Developing and executing operational plans to drive business outcomes
  • Providing analytical support to inform management decisions
  • Preparing high-quality content for presentations and meetings
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting or corporate development environment
  • Proven project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German (a plus)
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work
