Key Responsibilities- Recruit and advise dual enrollment students, providing guidance on academic planning and career development.
- Coordinate registration and orientation processes for dual enrollment students, ensuring seamless integration with high school guidance counselors.
- Develop and maintain individual learning plans with dual enrollment students, monitoring progress and providing support as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the college and high school communities, fostering partnerships and promoting dual enrollment opportunities.
- Participate in departmental and college committees, contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to dual enrollment.
A master's degree in counseling, education, or a related field is required, along with two years of related experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of Tallahassee Community College, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the academic success of dual enrollment students.
