Export Compliance Oversight Manager

As the Export Control Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to international export control laws and organizational policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the implementation and supervision of Global Standards and Procedures relevant to export control.
- Serving as the primary consultant for all export control inquiries within Germany, acting as the main point of contact for designated divisions.
- Managing both internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Actively monitoring changes in national export control legislation.
- Continuously assessing business operations with a focus on potential circumvention, as well as reviewing and approving business models or specific transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A completed university degree in business administration, business law, or a related field.
- Experience and Knowledge: Proven expertise in export controls; professional background in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems; proficient in IT applications (Office, SAP, etc.).
- Personal Attributes and Work Style: A confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative team environment and a compliance-oriented mindset; possessing intercultural experience and a structured, quality-focused, and results-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
Additional Information
The gross annual salary for this position is competitive and based on a 40-hour work week, with individual compensation reflecting your relevant experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus and benefits related to the Bosch pension plan.
