Manager of Export Control Compliance

Join our esteemed team at Bosch Group as an Export Control Compliance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to international export control laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee compliance with global export control regulations and internal policies.
- Implement and monitor adherence to Global Standards and Procedures relevant to your area of responsibility.
- Serve as the primary consultant for all export control inquiries within Germany.
- Support both internal and external audit processes.
- Actively monitor changes in national export control legislation.
- Utilize your expertise in export control classification in accordance with US, EU, and national laws, including dual-use and military regulations, to determine and apply for necessary licenses.
- Continuously assess business activities, focusing on potential circumvention, and review business models or individual transactions for compliance.
- Education: A completed university degree in business administration, business law, or a related field.
- Experience and Knowledge: Proven expertise in export controls; professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems; proficient in IT systems (e.g., Office, SAP).
- Personality and Working Style: A reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compliance-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration; possesses intercultural experience and a structured, quality-focused, and results-driven approach with strong analytical abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
Compensation: In line with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is competitive for a 35-hour work week, contingent upon fulfilling job requirements as per collective agreements. Additional performance-related pay, bonuses based on company success, and employer contributions to the Bosch pension plan are also included. We are open to discussing further details regarding our remuneration package and development opportunities during the application process.
