Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Export Control Compliance Manager, der unsere globalen Geschäftsaktivitäten unterstützt und sicherstellt, dass wir alle relevanten Exportkontrollvorschriften einhalten.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Die Einhaltung der globalen Exportkontrollvorschriften und -richtlinien sicherzustellen
  • Die Umsetzung und Überwachung der Anforderungen an die globalen Standards und Verfahren innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereiches
  • Die Beratung in allen Fragen der Exportkontrolle in Deutschland und die Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
  • Die Überwachung von Änderungen im nationalen Exportkontrollrecht und die Aktualisierung der entsprechenden Prozesse
  • Die Klassifizierung von Exportkontrollen auf der Grundlage von US-, EU- und nationalem Recht (Dual Use und Militär) und die Ermittlung und Beantragung von Genehmigungen
  • Die kontinuierliche Überwachung der Geschäftsaktivitäten mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Umgehung, Überprüfung und Freigabe von Geschäftsmodellen oder einzelnen Transaktionen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich der Exportkontrolle und Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Außenhandels
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und sicherem und vertrauenswürdigen Umgang mit IT-Systemen (Office, SAP usw.)
  • Selbstsichere und zuverlässige Teamplayer- und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine Compliance-Mentalität
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung und Benefits

Das Brutto-Jahresgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt mindestens EUR bei einer 35h-Woche. Hinzu kommt eine individuelle, leistungsabhängige Vergütung, eine Beteiligung am Unternehmenserfolg und Arbeitgeberleistungen zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung.
