About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough error analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions on our production facilities, performing inspections, maintenance, and installation of new components.
  • Maintain and update electrical circuit diagrams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve equipment and processes to optimize production performance.
  • Perform quality maintenance and repair work on electronic equipment to meet our high standards.
  • Lead work groups during assembly and repair work, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed training as an electronics technician for operating or automation technology.
  • Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of plants.
  • Experience in software programming with PLC Siemens S5/S7 and basic knowledge of drive technology.
  • Basics in network technology/bus systems and pneumatics.
  • Interest and understanding of technical processes.
  • High flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation and weekend shifts.
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Very good written and spoken German.
