About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by analyzing and troubleshooting malfunctions, performing maintenance and repairs, and installing new components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough error analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions on our production facilities
  • Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Install new components and upgrade existing systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate electrical circuit diagrams and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Continuously improve equipment and processes to enhance overall quality and efficiency
  • Perform quality maintenance and repair work on electronic equipment to meet high standards
  • Lead work groups during assembly and repair work to ensure seamless production

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an electronics technician for operating or automation technology
  • Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of plants
  • Experience in software programming with PLC Siemens S5/S7 and basic knowledge of drive technology
  • Basics in network technology/bus systems and pneumatics
  • Strong interest and understanding of technical processes
  • High flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation and weekend shifts
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken German
