About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As an integral part of our production facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough error analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve malfunctions in our production facilities.
  • Maintain and update electrical circuit diagrams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve equipment and processes to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Perform quality maintenance and repair work on electronic equipment to meet our high standards.
  • Lead work groups during assembly and repair work, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed training as an electronics technician for operating or automation technology.
  • Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of plants.
  • Experience in software programming with PLC Siemens S5/S7 and basic knowledge of drive technology.
  • Basics in network technology/bus systems and pneumatics.
  • Strong interest and understanding of technical processes.
  • High flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation and weekend shifts.
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Very good written and spoken German.
