As a Sales Professional for Telecom Services with Toptalent, you will play a key role in driving business growth by securing partnerships with property owners to establish telecom antennas. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve targets and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms with property owners via phone calls
  • Follow up with property owners and secure commitments
  • Update client databases and maintain organization
Requirements:
  • Native-level German fluency and basic English proficiency
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn
  • Sales and negotiation experience
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
