Commercial Manager

Mabanaft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our New Energy team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the low and zero carbon ammonia market potential in Germany and adjacent regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run ammonia market analysis and segmentation to understand and define low/zero carbon ammonia volume needs and price sensitives by segment
- Develop route-to-market strategies per market segment identified
- Identify and develop a portfolio of existing and potential future customers in several segments with a need for clean and sustainable Ammonia and manage the relationships
- Promote Mabanaft's products and services addressing our customers' requirements
- Prepare and execute commercial negotiations in line with existing laws, Mabanaft guidelines and aligned with other Mabanaft's commercial functions
- Closely coordinate between the Ammonia and Hydrogen teams and alignment with inhouse commercial functions
- Participate in market and industry events and networking as well as business meetings with prospective clients
Requirements:
- 10 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant commercial role
- Market insights: Experience in the energy or petrochemicals markets
- Key Skills: Experience in development of new markets, demanding industrial customers and Project Management
