Job Title: Business Development Manager, M&AWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our M&A team in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities, building relationships with CEOs and business owners, and driving the deal-making process from initial contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities in the DACH region.
- Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, business owners, and other key stakeholders to identify potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the DACH region.
- Develop and present compelling pitches to Juniper Group leadership to secure funding and support for acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with our business unit CEOs to identify strategic and complementary acquisition targets.
- Proven track record in M&A, PE, or VC deal sourcing, or extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales and business development.
- Strong relationships with CEOs, business owners, and other key stakeholders in the DACH region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-driven approach.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
