Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our E-Commerce product. As a key member of our Insurance Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the product's strategy, roadmap, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with our UX and development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Measure and analyze product performance using data-driven metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level or higher).
