Job Title: Finance Manager Global Tax

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager Global Tax to join our team at 360T. As a key member of our finance and accounting team, you will be responsible for managing global tax responsibilities and ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the organization operates.
  • Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities around the world in conjunction with local tax advisors.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters.
  • Analyze the tax implications of business transactions and advise on tax-efficient structures.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations globally and advise on potential impact to the organization.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial services sector with a focus on tax-related topics, ideally in an international environment.
  • Understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure (fixed deadlines, ad-hoc tasks).
  • Team player.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
