Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Advisory: Provide strategic tax advice to clients on global mobility matters, including double taxation agreements and tax equalization calculations.
  • Payroll Processing: Support the processing of international payroll matters, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Assignment Planning: Participate in assignment planning for clients from the start, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Communication: Serve as a key liaison between tax and human resources departments, providing guidance and support to HR departments and expatriate employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in economics or law with a focus on taxation.
  • Experience: Previous practical experience in tax consulting through internship or prior professional training.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English.
