Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Project Manager to join our team at Derichebourg Aeronautics Services GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various projects related to aircraft maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure they have the necessary tools and expertise to succeed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that our services meet their requirements.
  • Contract Management: Ensure that all contracts are managed effectively, including the administration of contracts, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aeronautics industry.
  • Education: Trained technical engineer with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Language: Fluency in English, French, and German is a plus.
