Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Tooling Designer, der sich auf die Entwicklung von Werkzeugen und Fertigungssystemen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams bei Aviation Industry Personnel SERVICES GmbH werden Sie an der Gestaltung von innovativen Lösungen für die Luftfahrtindustrie beteiligt.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von 3D-Modellen und -Assemblagen, 2D-Engineering-Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen für Teile und Assemblagen.
  • Erstellung von Konzepten für Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
  • Entscheidung über technische Lösungen und Konzepte.
  • Erstellung von Bestandslisten (BOM) mit Hilfe von kundenspezifischen, standardisierten und Lieferantenkatalogen.
  • Änderungen an bestehenden Designs und Dokumentation von bestehenden Produkten.
  • Teilnahme an Meetings und Projekt-Sitzungen mit Kunden, Klarstellungen von Projekten, Diskussionen und Anforderungsdefinitionen.
  • Problembehandlung während der Fertigungsausführung und -prüfung, Fehleranalyse und -meldung an entsprechende Teams.
  • Administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Arbeit.
Voraussetzungen
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Tooling-Design-Entwicklung für Montage- und Fertigungszwecke.
  • Profunde Kenntnisse von Siemens NX (NX12-NX2212) als Hauptverantwortung, Modellierung, Assemblage, Zeichnung.
  • Verständnis von Toleranzsystemen und Branchenstandards (Geometrische Dimensionierung und Tolerierung - GD&T, Standard- und Lieferantenkataloge).
  • Relevante Kenntnisse über Fertigungsverfahren, Materialien und -prozesse (Fertigbarkeit, Design-to-Manufacture und Design-to-Cost).
  • Relevante IT-, Computer- und Kommunikationsskills, notwendige Schulungen werden bereitgestellt.
  • Kommunikatives Englisch (mindestens B2-Niveau) ist erforderlich.
