Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at HEADHUNTING FOR THE BEST GMBH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Young Fashion Brand store in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Leadership: You will be responsible for planning and managing the store, ensuring that all sales standards are met through excellent customer service.
  • Team Management: You will lead and motivate your team, set individual goals, create staffing schedules, and ensure smooth communication within the team and with the Store Manager.
  • Coaching and Development: You will be in charge of coaching and developing employees, as well as planning strategies for store improvement.
  • Sales and Operations: You will implement sales initiatives, organize store operations, and manage inventory efficiently, working with industry-specific KPIs.
  • Visual Merchandising: You will collaborate with Visual Merchandising to enhance sales and product presentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role in the fashion industry is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, organizational skills, and a positive, dynamic personality are essential.
