Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at HEADHUNTING FOR THE BEST GMBH. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Young Fashion store in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement employee training programs to improve sales skills and customer service.
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
