Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Headhunting for the Best GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Young Fashion store in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the planning and control of the store, including the development of sales strategies and the implementation of visual merchandising concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create an attractive and engaging store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure that sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
