Business Development Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Business Development, Sales, and Project Management teams in the Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing industry-specific events and demand activities, creating industry-specific documents and presentations, and supporting Social Media activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize industry-specific events and demand activities with our experienced Industry Advisors
  • Create industry-specific documents and presentations based on market information and research
  • Support Social Media activities, including writing posts and editing videos
  • Prepare customer workshops and present topics on your own
  • Coordinate activities between different SAP organization units, including Sales, Customer Advisory, and Marketing
  • Create and maintain internal communication platforms, such as Sharepoint or MS Teams

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Ideally studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Business Computing
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, with experience with video editing desirable
  • Interest and experience with Social Media desired
  • Great communication skills and ability to transfer complex information into an easy-to-understand storyline
  • Soft Skills
    • Self-driven and proactive
    • Team player and service-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, as you will work with an international team in various countries
  • Fluent in German preferred, as you will work with many German counterparts
