Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate for Vacheron Constantin, you will be responsible for achieving and/or exceeding individual and boutique monthly sales targets, as directed by management. You will cultivate strong client relationships, both in and outside the boutique, representing the organization. Your ability to proactively bring in new and develop existing clientele will be essential in driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for providing expert product knowledge and Maison history, ensuring each client receives exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist clients with Customer Service needs, before or after sales, and maintain the brand's high standards.

Client Relationship Management
As a Sales Associate, you will cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives. You will consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the tools available. You will also appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management. Furthermore, you will partner with Management to develop a plan to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.

Daily Boutique Operations
You will understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique. You will assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, communicate on any maintenance issues, and assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock. You will also train new employees on Sales as well as Visual Standards, actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts, and assist with special projects as needed.

Personal Skills
As a Sales Associate, you will possess solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 8-10 years' experience, a high interest in watchmaking, and action-oriented assertiveness in negotiating and closing deals. You will be highly client-focused, willing to serve and find solutions, and a team player with a positive and constructive mindset. You will also have very good general education and etiquette, a strong sense of luxury service, attention to details, and a willingness to serve and find solutions. Excellent communication skills, the ability to develop a network, and fluency in German and English are also required, with another language being a plus. Flexibility towards working hours is also essential.
