As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, or social media using modern techniques and tools.
  • Lead Qualification: Determine if a lead has potential and develop strategies to nurture it, leveraging your ability to understand customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep track of your leads and ensure no potential customer falls through the cracks, working closely with our sales team to identify the best opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: As the first point of contact, you'll be our brand ambassador, confidently presenting Checkmk products and services through continuous learning.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze your activities and results to constantly improve strategies and measure your successes.
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in sales or a similar position, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire people and explain complex topics clearly in English and German.
  • Proactivity & Self-Organization: Tackle tasks independently and bring fresh ideas on how to best reach our target audience.
  • Basic Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of technical products and their benefits is essential.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a positive team dynamic.
