About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Manager to join our team at Accor in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and enhances our reputation in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local PR strategy to maintain a strong media presence and drive awareness of our brand and properties in Germany.
- Collaborate with our global marketing teams to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive hotel bookings and restaurant covers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and partners to promote our brand and properties.
- Manage and execute local marketing and graphic design budgets, working closely with our General Manager to plan, track, and manage all spend.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and values, and drives engagement with our target audience.
- Work closely with our F&B, sales, and revenue teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive commercial targets.
- Oversee the guest journey, ensuring every touch point is on brand and delivering personal and innovative experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand marketing and communications, with a strong track record of delivering business results in the German market.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of the German market and a deep understanding of the food and beverage scene in Berlin.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and partners.
- Fluent in German and strong English language skills.
- Passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our reputation.
