Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our automotive OEM customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Account Management**: Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion with our automotive OEM customers.
  • **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, and develop and execute plans to drive sales growth.
  • **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • **Communication and Reporting**: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, and report on sales progress and performance.

Requirements

  • **Technical University Degree**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • **Industry Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of the automotive and semiconductor industries, including product offerings and market trends.
  • **Sales and Marketing Experience**: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
