Job Title: Legal Director

Join the Zumtobel Group, a leading international lighting company, as our Legal Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global customs and export control strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global customs procedures to ensure compliance with international and national laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of customs and export control experts, providing mentorship and professional support to ensure their growth and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including tax, legal, finance, sales, and logistics teams, to align customs and export control processes.
  • Manage audits, training, and competency development programs to maintain a high level of expertise in customs and export control knowledge across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in customs regulations and export control.
  • Completed bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures.
