Lead Global Customs Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global customs strategy, ensuring compliance with international and national laws, and tax regulations.

As our EXPERT in customs regulations and export control, you will operationally steer import-export operations, tariff classifications, and AEO certification.

You will be responsible for customs reporting, aligning with our tax, legal, finance, sales, and logistics teams, and implementing global customs procedures.

Manage Internal Processes

You will coordinate corrective actions, manage audits, train, and maintain a high level of competency in customs & export control knowledge across the organization.

Fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and engaged, you will empower your team to grow professionally while ensuring proficiency in global customs and export processes.

Lead and Guide a Team

By providing mentorship and professional support in all customs matters, you will enable your team to become customs experts throughout the Zumtobel Group.

You will navigate diverse relationships with internal stakeholders and official authorities, ensuring compliance with established rules.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations and export control, backed by 5-7 years' experience.

A completed bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field, or a dedicated customs-specific program, is required.
