Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting and closing new business with MongoDB's largest and most strategic customers and prospects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline with 100% net new logos
- Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years of field, quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Experienced in selling into large Fortune 1000 companies with the ability to win new logos
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
