Unlock your sales potential in a dynamic and innovative environment with Oracle. As a seasoned HCM SaaS Sales Specialist, you will drive growth and exceed customer expectations by executing the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate growth and customer success through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Develop and execute business value propositions with customers to drive revenue and expansion.
  • Work closely with the team to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle HCM.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.
  • Contribute to the development of solution proposals and value propositions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (5-10 years) selling HCM.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Team player and entrepreneurial thinker.
  • Fluent in English and German.

As a Sales and Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. You will develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application and participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. You will negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale and identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.
