Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for HCM SaaS and a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding customer expectations?

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our German HCM SaaS team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers, Business Development, and Product Marketing, to plan and execute sales campaigns and events.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Oracle remains a leader in the HCM SaaS market.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
