About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Project Management Office (PMO) team in improving project management methodologies, training, software, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the PMO team to enhance project management processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain project management reports.
  • Ensure consistency between support documents and integrate feedback from support functions.
  • Validate new software functionality.
  • Maintain project management standards and training materials.
  • Support the team with other IT-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student with an interest in project management.
  • High IT affinity.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Ability to learn new topics independently.
  • Effective communication skills in a team environment.
  • Experience in project work is an advantage.
  • Dynamic and flexible work approach.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
