About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Agent to join our international team. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our services, including ongoing rental, vehicle functions, and payment options.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written German, Dutch, and English, with French skills a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of empathy and positive attitude, with a strong desire to help customers.
