About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager PMO to join our team at CT Software Engineering GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth execution of projects and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, using analytical and creative skills to find innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, process optimization, or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
