We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Project Manager within our PMO team. This position is crucial for overseeing projects related to production and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a vital role in managing projects across production, logistics, and procurement sectors.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to address inquiries from production and purchasing departments.
  • Develop project concepts and strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain data, create presentations, and manage content effectively.
  • Leverage the Dispo-Cockpit for comprehensive data analysis and retrieval within SAP.
  • Identify and rectify processing errors, ensuring thorough data clean-up in SAP.
  • Oversee purchasing views and the management of sales prices in an InterCompany context.
  • Assist in project management tasks with a focus on PMO activities.
Qualifications:

Are you the innovative thinker we need?

  • Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in production planning and control.
  • Exhibit proficiency in MS-Excel, particularly in generating detailed reports.
  • Have knowledge of SAP modules, including SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PP; familiarity with additional modules is advantageous.
  • Show experience in resolving complex logistics challenges within SAP, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Possess a deep understanding of creating purchasing info records, order entries, and supplier relationships in SAP.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
