We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Project Manager within our PMO department. This position is essential for driving projects related to production, logistics, and procurement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in various projects focusing on production and logistics.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to address inquiries from production and purchasing sectors.
  • Develop and implement project concepts effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain data presentations and reports.
  • Leverage the Dispo-Cockpit for data analysis and retrieval within SAP.
  • Identify and rectify processing errors while performing thorough data clean-ups in SAP.
  • Oversee purchasing views and manage the cleanup of sales prices in an InterCompany context.
  • Assist in project management tasks with a focus on PMO activities.

Are you the innovative thinker we need?

  • Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in production planning and control.
  • Exhibit proficiency in MS-Excel, particularly in generating reports.
  • Have knowledge of SAP modules including SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PP; familiarity with additional modules is advantageous.
  • Show experience in resolving complex logistics challenges within SAP, with certifications in relevant modules preferred.
  • Possess a deep understanding of creating purchasing info records, order entries, and supplier relationships in SAP.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
